RainbowMart is an super market offering you the hassle-free shopping experience to shop the grocery products with convenience & value. RainbowMart.pk is the online e-commerce initiative of RainbowMart, which provides a faster and safer shopping experience in just a few clicks.

What are the areas/cities in RainbowMart.pk operates?

RainbowMart.pk currently delivers products all over Karachi and would soon launch deliveries all over Pakistan.

What are the available payment methods?

RainbowMart.pk accept various payment methods:

  • Cash on Delivery
  • Visa/Master/UnionPay Credit/Debit Cards
  • JazzCash (Mobile Payments)

What are the shipment time frame and delivery charges?

RainbowMart.pk ensure that your products are delivered as soon as possible. You would get your products within 1 to 3 days after order confirmation.

The delivery charges are as follow:

  • Karachi: Flat shipping of Rs. 100 for most areas of Karachi (for items that weight below 10 Kg). Bahria Town etc would have Rs. 200 shipping fee.
  • Rest of Pakistan: (courier charges as per actual / coming soon)

What is your Return and Refund policy?

If your product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery, please contact us within 7 days. Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery i.e. if an item was delivered on 1st April, it can be returned till 8th April. Please note that “Change of mind” is not applicable on all products and  return request will not be processed for them.

All items must be returned is in original form (unused, unworn, original packaging, seals, and tags attached), along with all the accessories, manuals, and warranty card that came with it. All items sent for return first go through quality check to ensure they are returned in the original condition. If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.

Returns are accepted within 7 days when the order is delivered and any product purchased on discounted price cannot be returned or exchanged.

Can I return a product after 7 days?

You have to return with in 7 days from the delivery date. The process should be started within 7 days of delivery. Unfortunately after 7 days, we won’t be able to accept return request.

What is the warranty policy?

Warranty policy varies from vendor to vendor and product to product. RainbowMart.pk does not offer warranty claims directly. Warranty claims are processed directly through the vendor at their respective service centers.

Not all products come with a warranty. If the products are available with a warranty then it will be clearly mentioned in the product specification or description.

I have placed an order, what now?

Once an order is placed, you would receive an email regarding the placement of your order. Usually after this, our representative would contact you for the order confirmation and delivery details.

Please ensure that the details provided while placing the order are accurate, if we are unable to reach you on the provided number your order would be kept on-hold until contact is established and would ultimately be cancelled.

How can I cancel my order?

You can call us to cancel your order provided that the order in not dispatched. Please note that once usually after the confirmation call, for some items it may not be possible to cancel the order.

What should I do if an item that is delivered is defective (Broken, leaking or expired)?

Contact Us at our helpline or through our email,  our customer support representatives are available to facilitate you.
