Refunds and Returns

At RainbowMart.Pk, we have a policy of returns of up to seven days.

If your product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery, please contact us within 7 days. Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery i.e. if an item was delivered on 1st April, it can be returned till 8th April. Please note that “Change of mind” is not applicable on all products and return request will not be processed for them.

All items must be returned in its original form (unused, unworn, original packaging, seals, and tags attached), along with all the accessories, manuals, and warranty card that came with it. All items sent for return first go through quality check to ensure they are returned in the original condition. If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.

Returns are accepted within 7 days when the order is delivered and any product purchased on discounted price cannot be returned or exchanged.

The process of returning an item

The return process is simple, you would need to send us an email (which is mandatory and needs to be sent within 7 days of delivery). In the return email please send us the following details:

  • Name of the Product(s)
  • Order Number(s)
  • Reason(s) for return: Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect
  • Mark the subject as “Returns” and send it to ‘Order@RainbowMart.Pk’

After sending us the email, you would get a call from our customer support department (call might take at least 24 hours), in which the method and time of return would be discussed. In case of Karachi, a delivery person would be sent to pick up the item(s) and for orders outside of Karachi, you would need to send us back the product via courier to our address in Karachi.

How long does it take to get a refund?

In general, return of funds can take up to 14 days but might be refunded earlier. The following time frames are only approximation:

  • Bank Deposit: Within 7-12 business days after quality check
  • Credit Card Reversal: Within 1-3 business days after quality check

What will happen if my return request is not approved?

If your return request is not approved we will inform about the reason. Your product will be sent back to you without any shipping charges. Please note that change of mind would not be applicable and the product should be sent back in its original form (unused, unworn, original packaging, seals, and tags attached), along with all the accessories, manuals, and warranty card that came with it.

In case of breakage or other factors (except Dead on Arrival), the return would not be accepted. Other factors such as product is required to be claimed under warranty would also be not be accepted for return/refund as you would be liable to contact the manufacturer for claiming warranty.
